📍 How to reach us – Saint-Nicolas Bridge in Chiny
🚗 Coming from Florenville/Bouillon
➡️ Drive through the village of Chiny, staying on the main road.
⚠️ Do not follow the signs for “Départ Kayak” on the left—they lead to a different departure point.
⛪ Pass the church, then continue straight ahead towards Suxy.
🌉 After crossing the Saint-Nicolas bridge over the Semois river, turn right immediately.
🅿️ The Le Batifol parking lot and kayak departure point are located just at the entrance to the “Le Canada” campground (on the campground side).
🚗 Coming from Suxy/Neufchâteau
🌉 Do not cross the Saint-Nicolas bridge.
Turn left immediately before the bridge.

🗺️ Access from Florenville Center
🚗 : Head towards Neufchâteau (N85) for about 1 km.
➡️ Before the bridge at Lacuisine, turn right towards Chiny on the N894 and continue for about 4 km.
🏘️ Drive through the village of Chiny, staying on the main road (⚠️ do not follow the signs for “Départ kayak à gauche” — they lead to a different starting point).
🌳 Continue towards Suxy, the road descends towards the Semois.
🌉 Cross the Saint-Nicolas bridge, then turn immediately right.
🗺️ Access from the E25/A6
🚗 Step 1: Follow the E25/A6 towards Luxembourg, then continue on the E411/A4, still towards Luxembourg.
🛣️ Step 2: Take exit 28 – Léglise/Chiny.
➡️ Step 3: Follow signs for Suxy, then Chiny on the N894 for approximately 18 km.
🌳 Step 4: When descending towards the Semois, do not cross the bridge.
⬅️ Kayak Le Batifol is located directly on the left before the Saint-Nicolas bridge, just at the entrance to the ‘Le Canada’ campsite.
🧭 How to get there from the E411/A4
🚗 From the E411/A4 – towards Brussels
1️⃣ Take exit 28 – Léglise/Chiny.
2️⃣ Follow signs for Suxy → Chiny on the N894 (≈ 18 km).
3️⃣ When descending towards the Semois, do not cross the bridge.
⬅️ Turn left just before the Saint-Nicolas bridge.
📍 Kayak Le Batifol is located at the entrance to the ‘Le Canada’ campsite, along the river.
🅿️ Free and easily accessible parking on site.
🚗 From the E411/A4 – towards Luxembourg
1️⃣ Follow the E411/A4 towards Luxembourg.
2️⃣ Take exit 26 – Verlaine.
3️⃣ Continue towards Neufchâteau, then follow the N85 towards Florenville for approximately 18 km.
4️⃣ At the Bertrix/Suxy crossroads, turn left towards Chiny (3 km).
5️⃣ At the Notre-Dame crossroads, turn right and continue for 4 km down towards the Semois.
6️⃣ ⚠️ Do not cross the Saint-Nicolas bridge.
7️⃣ ⬅️ Le Batifol Kayak is located directly on the left before the bridge, just at the entrance to Le Canada campsite.
